1. 7-Day Return Eligibility

If you receive an incorrect product or wish to return an item, you may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your shipment, provided the chemical container remains unopened with the original tamper-evident factory seal intact.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

Every item leaves our Pallekele distribution center in secure packaging. In the unlikely event that an item arrives leaking, damaged during transit, or defective, please contact our support team within 48 hours with a photo/video. We will dispatch an immediate replacement at zero additional shipping cost.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are credited back to the original method of payment (or via Direct Bank Transfer for cash payments) within 3 to 5 business days after our quality team verifies the returned product.
